Ingredients

- 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
- Layer shredded chicken, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep.
- Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for heat.
- Swap mozzarella for burrata for extra creaminess.
