Description
A spicy and creamy pasta dish with tender Cajun-seasoned chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in olive oil until done. Slice into strips.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté bell peppers until tender.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
- Toss in cooked pasta and chicken. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
- Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for lighter texture.
- Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
