1 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

3 oz non-alcoholic sparkling wine (or sparkling white grape juice)

Instructions

Chill your glass
Place a champagne flute in the freezer or fill it with ice water to get it nice and cold while you prep. -
Shake the base
In a cocktail shaker, combine fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the tin is frosty—about 15–20 seconds. -
Strain and sparkle
Discard the ice from the champagne flute if using, and strain the lemon-syrup mixture into the flute. -
Top with bubbles
Gently top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine (or grape juice) to fill the glass. -
Garnish and serve
Add a lemon twist on the rim or float it right in for a classic touch. Sip and enjoy!
