French 75 Refresher – Bright, Bubbly & Elegant

Ingredients

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • 3 oz non-alcoholic sparkling wine (or sparkling white grape juice)

  • Ice

  • Lemon twist, for garnish


Instructions

  • Chill your glass
    Place a champagne flute in the freezer or fill it with ice water to get it nice and cold while you prep.

  • Shake the base
    In a cocktail shaker, combine fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the tin is frosty—about 15–20 seconds.

  • Strain and sparkle
    Discard the ice from the champagne flute if using, and strain the lemon-syrup mixture into the flute.

  • Top with bubbles
    Gently top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine (or grape juice) to fill the glass.

  • Garnish and serve
    Add a lemon twist on the rim or float it right in for a classic touch. Sip and enjoy!
