Description

A delicious and easy-to-make pull-apart bread filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread into 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, mayonnaise, pepper, and salt.
  4. Spread the mixture between the bread slices.
  5. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

  • Use fresh spinach for better texture.
  • Adjust garlic to taste.
