A delicious and easy-to-make pull-apart bread filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip.

- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the bread into 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, mayonnaise, pepper, and salt.
- Spread the mixture between the bread slices.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better texture.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- Serve immediately for best results.
